Louis Gabbara was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He attended the University of San Diego High School, and received his Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, with a major in business organizational leadership. He continued to earn his Juris Doctorate from Western Sierra School of Law. While in law school he clerked at several civil litigation law firms in San Diego before founding the Law Offices of Louis Gabbara. where he exclusively represents victims of car accidents and other injury claims. He has handled hundreds of car accident cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Louis Gabbara is the recognized as a 2018 Rising Star, 2019 Top 40 Under 40 attorneys, 2020 Best of the Best attorneys, 10 Best Attorneys for Client Satisfaction, among other awards and is an active member of the San Diego Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, American Association for Justice, Pauma Valley Country Club and Torrey Pines Men’s Golf Club.
Outside the office, Louis enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Marianne, and their two young daughters – Isabella and Julianna. Louis has passionately played competitive golf for most of his life and has won many tournaments over a nearly 20 years span. He regularly takes his passion and drive from the golf course to the courtroom.
Marianne Malek, Esq.

Louis Gabbara is married to Marianne Malek who is also a personal injury attorney. She has been practicing personal injury and workman’s compensation for 11 years and has obtained numerous accolades in the profession including SuperLawyers Rising Stars 5 years in a row, TopVerdicts Recipient, and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum Recipient. They share 2 daughters, Isabella and Julianna. As a family they enjoy theater, traveling, and real estate developments.English and French.

The building was recently acquired by the firm, and was fully updated to better allow our office to advocate for our clients, prepare for trials, and allow more room for our growing team to work.
Henedina Lopez
Office Manager
Henedina entered the legal field in 2018 and enjoys the day to day aspects of personal injury law. She is a wife and a new mother to a wonderful baby boy. She enjoys the outdoors, hosting events, and spending time with her family. Henedina is a budgeting enthusiast and enjoys a wide spectrum of music. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Henedina manages much of the daily operations of the offices and is an excellent point of contact for any concerns or questions related to your case.
Liz Gutierrez
Litigation Paralegal
Raised in Valley Center. Liz discovered her passion for the legal field in 2012 when she began working for defense counsel. She decided to expand her knowledge from the plaintiff’s point of view and in 2018 she joined our team. Liz received an Associate of Arts in Legal Studies in 2016. She is currently a student at the University of San Diego to become a Paralegal. If Liz is not at the office, she is enjoying time with her daughter. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and shopping.
Liz prides herself on her resourcefulness, ability to solve problems (or “put out fires”), and is studying to enrich these abilities and foster these skills into an ever-expanding repertoire of legal abilities.
Perla Juarez
Legal Assistant and Marketing Associate
Perla Juarez, a San Diego resident for many years, brings 6 years of experience in the personal injury field as a legal assistant and paralegal. She aspires to be a personal injury lawyer herself, and is finishing her bachelors in arts and humanities with a minor in French at San Diego State University. Perla has two children and speaks Spanish, English and French.

She lives in a golf course community in Valley Center, which allows her to enjoy and perfect her golf game. She has three adult children, two daughters and a son), and she loves classic rock and roll music as well as line dancing.
